We're proud to offer fast, reliable, and free shipping on every order.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for manufacture, credit approval, address verification and order processing, as well as receiving your payment in case of bank wire transfer. As all of our jewellery is bespoke and handmade, please allow 15 working days for our craft experts to make it before it is ready for dispatch. Orders of limited edition or Masterpiece may take longer, please refer to the Website or call our Customer Contact Centre for more information.
The estimated delivery time is shown in the form below. Once you placed an order, we will send you an Acknowledgment of Order and the estimated delivery time will be summarised in there.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you the Confirmation of Order via e-mail. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery lead time from the date of our Confirmation of Order.
Each delivery package will contain your purchased EVANGELINE product, all related accessories and documents. EVANGELINE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature by an adult to confirm the delivery of each EVANGELINE product, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Secure, Insured Shipments
All jewellery purchased from EVANGELINE will be shipped in presentation-quality finely finished box. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all EVANGELINE orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
The insurance policy is an agreement between the customer and the insurance company. Details about the insurance company and claims process will be provided to you in your order confirmation email.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If you would like to arrange delivery to an alternate location, enter the address of that location as your alternate shipping destination, (and ensure that address is on file with your credit card company), or call Customer
